Not everyone defines the goal in the same way

Some people are beginning a long-term sobriety journey. Others are taking an alcohol-free break or changing a wider set of habits. Bommi lets you name the habit and reason in your own words, then keeps the counter and patterns in one place.

The app is local-first: most habit records remain in the database on your device. Optional connected features, including backup and AI-assisted Rescue, are explained in the privacy policy.

Support for the difficult moment

Urge Rescue is designed for the moment a craving feels loud. It guides a brief pause, helps you identify what is happening and gives you time to choose the next action. It is not emergency or clinical support, but it can keep your own reasons and progress close.

Alcohol withdrawal can be serious: if you drink heavily, have had withdrawal symptoms before, or are unsure whether stopping is safe, contact a qualified health professional before suddenly stopping. Severe confusion, seizures, hallucinations or other urgent symptoms require immediate emergency care.

What Bommi does not claim

Recovery varies by person. Timelines and estimates in the app are general motivational information, not a prediction, diagnosis or guarantee. Your streak is a record of time—not a measure of your worth.
